We need to register a PF authority signatory. Currently, we have not registered any sign. Please guide us on who will authorize the authorized signatory for registration.
You can authorize any person with managerial authority to sign PF-related documents and returns on behalf of the company, directors, or proprietor. Normally, the HR Manager or Personnel Manager will be the authorized signatory for ESI, PF, and related matters. The EPF authorization form is attached.
