The presentation is too good. If a different type of appraisal system is added, such as the 360-degree feedback, and more information about the balanced scorecard system and 180-degree feedback is included, the presentation will be even better.

I started my career as an HR executive only last year, and my performance appraisal is due this month. Could anyone help me understand what should be the percentage appraised for an HR Executive? Also, I work for a startup. It's an IT company based in Gurgaon.

However, this basic made it more interesting. Keep up your hard work. I understand you are working in some HR firm. Kindly let me know in detail about your company's activities and your specific duties in your company, i.e. your responsibilities in particular.
