The presentation is too good. If different type of appraisal system is added, like you have mentioned the 360 degree and if more about balace score card system and 180 degree will make the presentation more better.

I started my career as a HR executive only last year and my performance appraisal is due this month. Could any one help me understand what should be the % appraised for a HR Executive.
Also, I work for a start-up. Its an IT Co. based in Gurgaon.

I went through presentation. it is very sensible but basic. however this BASIC made it more interesting. Keep up your hard work. I understand you are working in some HR firm.
