skhandwal@gmail.com
Could anyone please explain clause 6.2.2 and clause 4.2.4 in ISO 9001:2008? I am confused about this. What type of records do I need to maintain for these clauses?

Thank you.

ISO 9001:2008 Clause 6.2.2 - Competence, Training, and Awareness

As per ISO 9001:2008, Clause 6.2.2 Competence, Training, and Awareness, the following records are to be maintained:

• Competency Mapping Form (to identify the gaps by HR in coordination with respective functional HODs).
• Annual Training Calendar (all the gaps identified in Competency Mapping should be reflected in the Training Calendar).
• Training Feedback and Analysis (immediately after training, feedback should be collected from participants regarding the training and the trainer, and then analyze the feedback).
• Post-Training Evaluation Form (evaluation should be conducted by the HOD, and the evaluation period should also be determined by the HOD).

Types of Documents Maintained in the Training Department

Could you please provide information on the types of documents maintained in the training department? Additionally, what kind of training records are maintained by the training department?

If you have a competency mapping form, could you please share it?

Thank you and regards,
Narayan
