How to hire sales people with a budget of Rs.2000 for recruitment assignment?

We want to hire 2-3 sales guys to do sales at our company. We want the sales executives to visit various potential clients and close sales.
My budget is Rs.2000 to spend on this recruitment assignment. I have already posted on Naukri.com but could not get the rite leads.
Can you suggest where i could get the sales people. We are a Bangalore based company.
Salary would be Rs.15000 + incentives

What sector are you in ? What is the job description ?
Marketing people are difficult to get from job portals in general.
I found a lot of good cv in quicker.com. But in mumbai.
One way is to get in touch with the colleges offering bms and boom / ba courses. MBA courses also,if your budgets are higher.
My experience is that in Bangalore, few will be interested in working at ₹15000 in a marketing job. They can get a bpo job (sitting in ac) for 15-20k without experiance.
