I am currently studying engineering, and I have chosen a thesis topic in HRM related to planning, organizing, and information systems in large construction companies. I would appreciate some assistance with preparing a questionnaire for my case studies. How should I start with it? What details should be included, and should it be subjective or objective?

Start with a subjective questionnaire and administer it to a few HR professionals in the construction business. The answers to that will help you prepare your objective questions, which can be later analyzed for your case. Also, try to do some background research on your topics to prepare for the subjective questionnaire.

Thank you, Dr. Jogeshwar, sir, and Pranati for showing interest in my query. I've been going through the type of questionnaire that my seniors, who have done their thesis in HR, used. However, no one has focused on HRO, HRIS, and HRP. I am also reading a book by Mr. Udai Pareek, namely "Training Instruments in HRD & OD," to understand the preparation pattern. I will definitely email you what I have done so that I can receive a broader response.
