I need a detailed job description regarding this, please. Not just sourcing the candidates and looking for vacancies, but also how to make contact with the recruiters of the companies in the US, and the like. Please help me. I'm in a panic.

Thank you for responding to me. The thing is I'm in my training period, and I have to start my work soon. I understand and accept what you have said, as it comes through hard work and experience. However, I need to succeed and perform well in this job. Being very new to recruitment, I'm not clear on what needs to be done.
