IT Recruiter - Job Description

How to do as US IT recruiter? I need a detailed job description regarding this, please. not just as sourcing the candidates, looking for the vacancies, but how to get contact with the recruiters of the companies in US, and like wise. Please do help me. I'm panic.

The question you ask is a "trade secrete and I am doubtful anybody will give you straight answers. Its bread and butter for so many recruiters and they have reasons not to share as many have got that experience with lot of hard work and patience.

Thanks for responding me. The thing is I'm in my training period. I've to start my work soon. I understand and accept what you have said, as it comes through hard work and experience.
But somehow I've to succeed and get well done in this job. For that I do need some ideas that make me better perform. Being very new to recruitment I'm not clear of what is to e done. Once I get clear idea of it I can and will make things done, and for this I need some guidance/idea/support.
