hi for fresher they will ask you simple questions like basic hr concepts , statutory compliances. I have 1 year exp. As an HR Recruiter. Yesterday i attend interview they asked me question related to recruitment & basic hr concept, salary structure & deduction etc
from fresher they want only few things like good comm skills , mba-pg or atleast 1-3 years exp. In recruitment , basic hr concepts knowledge
