I am representing a Automobile Sales Organisation. My management has instructed me to prohibit personal mobile phone usage in the office during working hours.As per management decision, every employee have to submit their personal mobile handset with HR in the morning and need to take back the same before leaving the office in evening.
I need to write the policy on the same.Seek your inputs how should I go ahead wherein I can implement the instructions of management and also convince employees on the move.
