Please help me in getting this info as per market standards, Attached excel sheet for your reference.
Please note the following:
For Freshers, assume that the hiring is done from regular engineering colleges and NOT IITs, NITs, IIITs, or top government or private engineering colleges.
Complete information is important because many companies hire at high salaries or give high rises in the first two years but later the salary rate doesn't increase much. Thus, getting only the fresher and 1 year experience salary rate from such companies can be misleading because the rate doesn't increase much in later years.
