User Input:

1. Pharma Industry Structure, Business Model, How It Runs, Marketing Strategy, How It Generates Profit

The pharma industry structure relies on material management and the reduction of working hours. The marketing strategy depends on the quality and facility of the company, such as GMP, cGMP, EDQM, and USFDA. Saving on material and manpower will generate profit. With this, the manufacturing cost of the drug will reduce, then the selling cost will be high, and the company can produce high profits.

(A) Analysis of Manpower in Pharma, Retention Strategy, and Different Plans

Other than the high MNC companies, all the pharma APIs depend on manpower-based operations. The working hours of the manpower depend on the batch processing hours, so planning should aim to minimize the usage and wastage of manpower. To retain the manpower, different plans of facilities and benefits should be provided to employees to maintain their positions.

(B) Proposal and Strategy as Business HR for How to Run the Business

1. Examine the gaps in employee requirements and provide compensation benefits like production incentives, LTC, advance facility, and other necessities such as providing lunch, night shift allowances, and other allowances so that employees can contribute significantly towards the improvement of the company.

(C) Different Motivation Programs for Employees, Especially Marketing Staff

Provide incentives, targets, allowances equally comfortable with other colleagues, training, and regular refreshment programs, etc.

(D) Employee Engagement

Employees should be engaged with a manageable workload, feel satisfaction in their work, and be trained to understand that their growth is synonymous with the organization's growth.

I could send you a few suggestions; I know it is not sufficient because it is a vast subject that cannot be fully covered in just a few lines. I hope it gives you a rough idea.

Srihari
