This is for your information. The registration and renewals of shops and establishments in Hyderabad (A.P) are now available online. The renewal process for registration has been updated. The process is as follows:
Steps to Arrange Required Documents
First, we need to arrange the following documents:
1. Telugu Name Photo
2. Proof of address of establishment
3. Photograph of employer
4. Proof of date of opening
5. Authorization letter for signature
6. Memorandum of Articles of Association
7. Name of the employees
8. Partnership Deed
9. Renewal Form I & Form III
10. New registration Form I
After arranging the documents, our company will be registered through e-Seva. Following that, we will need to pay the specified amount as per the terms in the e-Seva. The receipt must then be submitted to the concerned labor department to obtain the registration certificate.
