Dear Friends, if anyone has the notification for a paid holiday on December 4, 2013, on the occasion of the State Assembly election in Delhi state, please share it.

Here I am sending the attachment, a notification issued by the Delhi Lt Governor declaring December 4, 2013, as a public holiday on account of the "General Election to the Legislative Assembly of Delhi." It also includes that voters of Delhi who are working outside Delhi in the NCR Region shall be granted a paid holiday on that day.
