Is Registering Our Partnership Deed Necessary to Renew Our Factory Act License?

My company located in Andheri, Mumbai, is more than 35 years old and was registered under the Factory Act. Last year, we added a new partner while keeping everything else the same. As a small firm, we have not registered our partnership deed. Is it compulsory to register our partnership deed to renew our license under the Factory Act?
