I am new to IT recruitment, so I know the flow of recruitment by knowledge but have no hands-on experience. Can anybody guide me on how I can improve the following skills? [Considering I will join the company next month]

Skills to Improve Before Joining:

1. Sourcing resumes effectively.
2. Using job portals.
3. Telephonic skills.

I am at home now, so how can I work on these skills before joining the company?

Use external sources; it will be effective to source your profiles. If your company provides the budget, then utilize it in consultancies, advertisements, and all. If your company does not provide a budget, then go for social networking, drop CVs, and portals - you will get a good response.
