DivyaBharathi02
Hi All, we are planning to conduct games on Christmas. Please suggest some games for 15 employees in a small company and events that I should conduct. Kindly advise me.

Please elaborate on your query more. Do you want to conduct games on the office premises or outdoors? Will the games be a part of any Christmas event?

You could try this game called the "White Elephant Gift Exchange." It is popular around the Christmas season and ideal for a small group. To know more about how it is played, just do a Google search.

Have you heard of the game named "Secret Santa"? While I was doing my internship at Adecco, the HR made us participate in this game and guess what, it was amazing.

How to Play Secret Santa

Here is what you have to do:

- A day before Christmas (or the day before you play this game), give small chits to employees and tell them to write their name on it.
- Collect all the chits in a bowl and mix well.
- Now tell all the employees to pick one chit; they will end up taking chits with different names of different people. Emphasize that under no circumstance should they reveal the name.
- When they go home, they will buy a prize for the person written on the chit (set the price limit max and min).
- On the day of the event, assemble everyone, and one by one they will come in front and ask others to guess his/her "Secret Santa."
- While others cheer, he/she will reveal the name and give the gift to his/her Secret Santa.
- The person who came in front must now repeat the same process.

Do it with fun.
