Confused About AP Shops Registration Renewal Fee? Where Should We Pay This Year?

Kindly advise where we should pay the AP shops registration renewal fee. Usually, we paid at the SBH Treasury branch, but this year they are not accepting the form or fees. They asked us to pay at e-seva. However, when we went to e-seva, we were told that the software is not opening, so they are not accepting payments through that method. The fee is to be paid before 30.11.13. We do not know where to pay. Kindly advise.
