MIS For Pharmaceutical Co. - need to collate all the reports from the pharmaceutical sites

I need to collate all the reports from the pharmaceutical sites that could include 8 sites 7 it contains Highlights, Audits, Training, QA procedures, technology Transfer, Self Inspection, Vendor Audit, Equipment Qualification, Process validation, Issuance & release, Stability study & production all these topics have their individual reports I want to compile in & present as an MIS to my HO..any 1 who is related to pharma industry or maybe any 1 understand these terms & can help me to create an MIS which include all the above-mentioned topics (reports) from 6-8 sites...

MIS can be created on some product by doing all the valediction reports , so u have to take u product on that u have to disclose the open part and closed part valediction .. of that drug..
u can search in goggle u will get more MIS reports .

Thnks Srihari, i appriciate for ur response, in my caser i want individual information / repots more over related to Quality dept & a bit of prouction such as (Highlights, Audits, Training, QA procedures, technology Transfer, Self Inspection, Vendor Audit, Equipment Qualification, Process validation, Issuance & release,Stability study & production) the existing reports they have is in word format with the mention topic a head but i wanna collate from all the sites & make as an MIS look which i tink tabular format vill be ideal ...can u suggest for this some mis formats since ur from pharma background can u share this kind of reports if ur following it.. i searched on net but diint got any idea to complie formats for the above mentioned heading with all the sites inculsive..... Kindly help if u can
