Facing Unjust Termination and Financial Loss: How Should I Navigate This Mess?

I was working for a big multinational company with a very good history but very poor Indian management, earning almost 12 lakhs per year. I had to meet my MD, who came from Pune, for a project review worth 4 crores in Hyderabad around 7 PM. This meeting turned into a nightmare as he started insulting me over unofficial and unnecessary matters. When I requested him to finish the job for which I had approached him, around 10:30 PM, as it was already late at a hotel in Hyderabad, he raised his voice and started shouting at me, "How dare you talk to your MD like this," and so on. He asked me to shut up and leave. This situation worsened when I told him that I am a human and have feelings, to which he replied, "I am not treating you like a dog," and so on.

Also, the company was not willing to reimburse the 1.5 lakhs I invested in travel expenses. As I was leaving the room, the MD called me back, asking me to come around 7 AM the next morning to pick him up to the customer site. I simply asked him to come to the site by himself, and I would be there by 10 AM at the customer place, since the company was not paying for my local and non-local tours, even though the claim was as per the company norms.

I came home around 11:45 PM and found a termination email sent by the MD on 2nd July 2013. I worked in this company for 20 months, performed as per the company norms, and successfully broke into big valued customer accounts. However, I was not reimbursed for my claim. The termination was immediate, and I was not given a 45-day notice pay. My variable salary and incentives from January to June were also not provided. I was threatened for writing my complaint to seniors.

Please give your valuable advice and save me from this situation as I have no job till now and have suffered a lot of monetary loss. Out of a total staff of 20 people, I saw 12 leaving during my tenure at the company.

Can you shed some light on the clause mentioned in the appointment letter regarding termination, reimbursement of travel expenses, and payment of the variable structure? Also, please inform us if you have submitted your travel expense claim and whether it was acknowledged by the Admin/Facility or Finance team.
