Dear All,
Please tell me that Is it necessary to maintained all the registers like Fine, Overtime, visit Book Manually. for the inspection done by Labour Department.

u have to maintain all the register as per the labour act and you have maintain all the register for all acts..

I agreed that its compulsory...but is it compulsory to maintained the same in MANUALLY .......

Dear,
If you want to maintain in softcopy then you should take an exemption letter from ADF & ALC.

Dear Sri,
We should maintain the registers by hard copy. if you are need to maintain the registers by soft copy. we should get the exemption from the labour dept.
