Now, for growth, I want to transition into core HR, where I can independently handle HR generalist responsibilities. I don't know where to start because there is no senior here who can provide guidance. I am seeking information on all aspects of HR functions. Where can I acquire this information? Should I enroll in any short-term courses to enhance my skills, or is there any other advice you can provide? Please advise.
