We have to select 14 days out of the listed holidays. In the government list itself, do they not provide a bifurcation of compulsory and optional holidays? I'm just confused.
Hi All, as per the Approval & Attachment, the organization should have the below-mentioned days as mandatory leave for the employees:
National Holidays
- 4 days: the 26th of January, the 1st of May, the 15th of August, and the 2nd of October.
What would happen in the below-mentioned circumstances?
1. If the mentioned 4 National Holidays are not marked as holidays for the employee?
2. If the employees aren't allowed to take the total 9 days as a holiday at all?
