I have worked at one corporate company I have resigned from that job on May 31, 2013, my notice period is 2 months I have mentioned my Reliving date of 30 July 2013 in the notice - But management relieved 10 days before me due to no work then I have 23 days paid leave but they are did not settle the money, how to propose in my old organization.
My company's leave policy also mentioned giving the pro-rate basis for Paid leaves.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi
you are eligible and have the rights to get that if in case the clauses you mentioned are correct. You can contact your HR personnel for assistance, if they are not responding, send out detailed mail copying your reporting manager and senior person in HR. Wait for few more days, if they respond, then there are various ways to get your benefit. Few are 1. You can file a case 2. Report the issue to the labour department. But this will some time and you have to spend some money.
But suggesion would be, write a detailed letter to company stating your problem in polite manner and get your money without any problem. No company can hold any employees benefit more than 180 days after thier resignation. so they wont hold it.

Since management has relieved you 10 days earlier, it is your salary loss. On top of it, if they are not paying for balance leave to your account, it is injustice. However, instead of going for legal matters etc, try to be humble, polite and your diplomatic way will help you in this recovery.
