I have worked at a corporate company. I resigned from that job on May 31, 2013. My notice period was 2 months, and I mentioned my relieving date as July 30, 2013, in the notice. However, the management relieved me 10 days before the mentioned date due to no work. I had 23 days of paid leave, but they did not settle the money. How can I propose this in my old organization?

My company's leave policy also mentions providing payment on a pro-rata basis for paid leaves.
