I am an MBA student doing internship and a total amateur in this field ...my Project is on " Revamping the existing Appraisal form / template by benchmarking it with best employer companies"
Queries i have are:
1. Benchmarking: What should be the parameters in deciding companies?
2. what all should i cover in survey ( both external and internal)?
3. What an Appraisal form / template should capture?
4. Various Tools Built in a form, Usability of data extracted & What else can be built in ?
5. why different standard template are used for each level of management and employees why not same for all?
