Dear Sir
I am working in food retail sector, i met an accident while on job. Now my company is giving medical leaves as follows::
1) they will consume my all leaves.
2) 2nd month company will pay.
3) 3rd month 60%salary will be paid.
Sir, is it right to cut all my EL for medical leaves. I am earning more than 15000.
plz suggest. Companies can have different rules of medical/accidental cases in india.
