Struggling to Fill Out Forms 10C and 19? Urgent Help Needed!

Hi, I need a filled sample form of 19 and 10C as I have seen the forms which are already shared, but it's a bit confusing, and I really need it very urgently. How do I fill out the entire forms of 10C and 19? Please help me with that.

This form can also be used to submit pension withdrawals. It is very easy once you go through it.

It's nothing so confusing about filling PF withdrawal forms. I advise you to take a printout of the form and start filling it. For your support and guidance, one of the members (Bcarya) has shared the filled forms as well. Make sure that you have a ₹1/- revenue stamp, two revenue stamps, and a canceled cheque or bank statement of the account number you are mentioning on the form.

The form requires only simple details, so it's better to take a pen and the form and start filling it. All the very best!

I applied for PF withdrawal, but my application was rejected due to (1) Form 10C not attested, and (2) bank account number not linked to UAN. I have a salary account with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, but I linked my Corporation Bank account number for the PF Form. So please help me resolve the two queries.
