How to Determine Starting Basic Salary for Grade Pay Rs. 6,600 in Assam Pay Band-IV?

Query on Basic Salary in Pay Band-IV

I have a query about the starting Basic Salary in Pay Band-IV, i.e., Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 40,000/-, under the Assam Services Pay Commission (Provision of Pay) Rules, 2010. In this pay band, there are a total of 4 Grade Pays (Rs. 5400/-, Rs. 6100/-, Rs. 6600/-, and Rs. 7600/-) included.

Now, my question is: If I have to appoint an employee in Pay Band-IV with a Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600/-, what would be his/her starting Basic Salary at the time of joining? In our organization, under Pay Band-IV, the Sr. Officer (Grade-II) gets the G.P. of Rs. 5400/-; the Sr. Officer (Grade-I) gets the G.P. of Rs. 6100/-, the Dy. Manager and Manager get the G.P. of Rs. 6,600/-, and the Managing Director used to get the G.P. of Rs. 7,600/-.

So, kindly help me with the answer for the Starting Basic Salary in this pay band for a Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600/-.
