ESIC Challan Missing in SBI System: How Can We Resolve This Issue?

We have deposited an ESIC cheque with an online processed challan through SBI. However, SBI informed us that the challan couldn't be found in their system. They advised us to get a new challan or they would issue a DD since the amount was already honored. Please suggest if there is any provision to obtain another challan for the same period.

We have submitted the ESI challan offline at ICICI Bank, but the ESI challan confirmation is not showing on the ESI portal. Please help me with how we can view the confirmation.
