Is HRM Certification Valid

Madhuri dhulipala
Dear all,
I have completed B.tech in 2012 and now almost have 1 yr of experience as HR executive. But only confusion is that i don't have MBA due to that I'm not eligible for many organizations. So, i would like to take Core HRM certification course. WIll this certification would be given importance? Will this certification accepted by the organization or not, to build my career further as an HR without MBA? Please suggest me.
Thanks in Advance

Dear Madhuri ji,
Acquiring certifications and Knowledge through such certifications is never a waste. You are already B-tech.The point is if you are very much focused to pursue HRM as career it is worth it.Companies look out for best talent and best performers.Education will give you an opportunity and platform.Your knowledge and its wise application in the organisation will give growth to organisation and thus you will also grow with your experience and learn.
Keep on acquiring the more knowledge and companies accept the learned person always.
Thanks

Well, Core HRM certification course is good and add value to your career in HR but it's not equivalent to MBA so better if you first go for MBA and also do certification for Core HRM...

Dear Courey,
Yes of course MBA is important but then i can do my MBA only after 2yrs due to some problems. So till that time i can at least have a certification and knowledge on core HR. Please let me know will this certification valid without MBA and can give me opportunities.

Madhuri
