Hi,
I am in content writing industry and have a small team of 10 writers. I decided to have 2 performance appraisal in a year.
Since they will provide me certain number of pages and meet the target I set will result them on performance appraisal based what they have delivered in 6 months.
I would like to make it so transparent that "get paid according to what you contribute" basis.
Please advice and guide me the best option to implement.
