Employee Requesting Early Final Settlement Due to Financial Strain: How Should HR Respond?

If an employee is still working with the organization and, due to some financial issues (attending MBA courses), he is requesting high management to encash part of his final settlement, what will be the HR proposal? Your swift advice is highly appreciated.

Your question is not answerable. As long as he continues to be in employment, where is the question of his part settlement? Unless he resigns from the job, there is no question of settlement arising. He can approach the management for a loan to complete his studies, which normally any organization will agree to, as it is beneficial to both the employee and the management.

HR cannot recommend any part-time settlement for the employee.
