Hi,
Previously I was working in a BPO and have left that company almost 3 years back and there was a procedure of PF deduction every month.But I haven't applied for my PF in that company after leaving.So please let me know whether i can still apply for it or not.

Hi Rajani
Yes you can apply, your have to fill the pf forms.alongwith the affidavit/Indemnity bond on stamp paper (Rs30/-).
Pl find attached herewith the pf withdrawal forms and affidavit profarma.
Let me know, if have any clarifications.
