Can I Still Claim My PF After Leaving My BPO Job Three Years Ago?

Hi, I was previously working in a BPO and left that company almost three years ago. There was a procedure for PF deduction every month, but I haven't applied for my PF from that company since leaving. Could you please let me know if I can still apply for it?

Yes, you can apply. You have to fill out the PF forms along with the affidavit/indemnity bond on stamp paper (Rs30/-). Please find attached herewith the PF withdrawal forms and affidavit proforma. Let me know if you have any clarifications.
