Transitioning from BPO to IT: Is SAP BI the Right Path for a Tech Support Veteran?

Hi, I need some suggestions to move to IT. I have been working as tech support in the BPO sector for the last 8 years. I am planning to pursue SAP BI or a reporting tool. Is that suitable, and are there any possibilities to find a suitable job? Please suggest.

Please suggest which IT field would be suitable. I was in tech support but am tired of shifts and want to have normal shift timings with career growth in the IT industry. I assume SAP BI would be a good fit since I have knowledge in creating records (reporting tool) and believe this might be suitable. Please suggest if you find something better.
