Please guide me.. am writing this for my husband who got renal failure and planning to undergo transplantation next month which worths more than 10 lakhs. He was working with same company for 20 years and now his salary is more than ESI coverage(19000). He need to undergo dialysis weekly thrice which cots more than 10000 a week. Since he couldnt continue regular service he is not paid salary even. Can he get ESI coverage if employer rejoin him with less salary.. Please advice me..Is there any other method to support as financially.
