The areas of concern you may select now would be:
1. Check whether you have crossed the strength above 20; if so, it is required to register your organization with PF and ESI Acts.
2. Registration with PT Act.
3. Preparation of Monthly Information System related to Manpower.
4. Preparation of Leave Policy.
5. Standard Salary structure preparation.
6. Personal dossier of every employee with a Xerox copy of all details.
7. Some motivational activities, like Birthday celebrations, incentive rules, and others.
8. Attendance Management.
9. Payroll preparation and maintenance of all leaves.
10. Registration completion if required.
