I would like to address all the esteemed HR members regarding SSN (Social Security Number). A new scheme/facility has been introduced by EPF India. With this SSN, an employee does not need to spend time transferring his EPF from one company to another; it will be automated by this facility. The EPF balance can be checked through internet/telephone services. With SSN, the procedure for withdrawing EPF will become much easier and faster. The benefits mentioned above are just a few.
