Facing Unfair KPI Ratings After Leaving a Job: What Legal Steps Can You Take?

pchitkara
Dear Seniors, kindly suggest what legal options are available to an employee when the company is giving the lowest rating against the KPIs (and not even providing quantified data) to avoid payouts after 3 months of leaving the services. I would be happy to provide further information in a private message. Thank you very much in anticipation of a quick response from your side.

Best regards,
ukmitra
KPI is judgmental, and you, having resigned from the company, have no choice but to accept the decision. Seldom will you get any help from companies in this area, and I suggest not to waste your time on this matter. If I were in your place, I would have accepted the KPI rate along with my incentive, if any, and then resigned.

Thank you for your response. Is there any legal option available for an employee who is not receiving their due? The amount in question is more than 2L, and there have been no discussions on profit sharing by the company, which is also included in the package.

Best regards,

If you have decided to fight it out, approach a solicitor with expertise in labor laws. Wish you good luck and would appreciate you keeping us updated on what happened. Finally?

I haven't decided yet but need input on whether it is worth pursuing the legal route. I would appreciate it if I could have some information or case studies (if possible).

Best regards
