Please forward the same.

I am handling disciplinary matters for officials of all cadres (non-executives and executives up to one level below board level posts). This is a government autonomous undertaking.

Sorry, IT IS NOT IN PPT. IT IS IN PDF, and the Title is "HAND BOOK ON DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS FOR DISCIPLINARY AUTHORITIES, INQUIRING AUTHORITIES, AND PRESENTING OFFICERS." Unfortunately, we are unable to upload it on citehr. However, we can send it to you via email only. Very sorry for the miscommunication.

Dear all,

I would appreciate any assistance in understanding why meetings are necessary between workers, supervisors, and the Head of Department. Currently, there is no meeting schedule in place at my office. Therefore, I am seeking approval from the Managing Director to establish a meeting framework.

Hello Sir,

I work as an Officer in a PSU Bank and have been working here for a year now. A few months ago, one of my customers came to the branch to address the issue with his expired debit card. He was a patient with blood cancer and expressed his inability to visit the branch multiple times to follow up on the progress of his issue. I forwarded his request to the concerned department, but received no response. I waited for almost three months and continuously followed up with the team to address the issue. Feeling tired of waiting and frustrated by the pressure from the customer (I am responsible for Operations at my branch), I decided to lodge a complaint directly at the Head Office level to the CMD and Executive Directors.

Now, the department has alleged that I violated the Officers' code of conduct and Escalation Matrix protocol. They have instructed my Relationship Manager to take strict action against me. I would like to understand what actions may be taken against me. Can I be suspended on these grounds?
