I am an HR Manager of an NGO. If employees take leave on Saturday and Monday (working days), then Sunday (non-working day or weekend) would be treated as sandwich leave.
Question About Leave Policy
Can the organization have its own leave policy and delete sandwich leave, i.e., counting the leaves as they are taken by the employees without counting the sandwiched non-working day? Or is it mandatory to include sandwich leave in the HR policy of the organization? Please comment. Urgent.
