Seeking Advice: Which Diploma Will Boost My HR Career – Labour Law or Industrial Law?

Dear Seniors, Recently, I have completed my MBA (distance) in HR, and I have been working as a Manager of Administration in an IT Company for the past 7 years. I am interested in pursuing a diploma to enhance my resume and explore better job opportunities in the HR field.

Diploma Options for Career Advancement

I am considering between two options: 'P.G. Diploma in Labour Law and Administrative Law' or 'PG Dip. in Industrial and Company Law'. I would appreciate your suggestion on which one would be more beneficial for my career advancement.

Try to seek the list of subjects included in both diplomas and check which is more relevant to your experience, then take admission.

If you are working in IT and want to continue in IT, then a Diploma in Labour Law will not be of much use. However, it is completely related to HR and can be helpful for PF/ESIC/Maternity benefits.

If you want to shift your career to manufacturing, then a Diploma in Labour Law will be very helpful.
