Can an Employee Legally Work in Two Factories Under the Factories Act? Seeking Clarity

Please let me know, one employee is working in two factories. He is working daily for 2 hours in Factory 'A' and 4 hours in Factory 'B'.

Question:

Is it legal or illegal under the Factories Act?

It is nothing but part-time employment in two establishments and therefore, it cannot be considered illegal under any law.
