As Das Sajal mentioned, the words are jumbled in the question you wrote. However, based on my understanding, the word "forecasting" would be the correct answer.

Scheduling or Forecasting?

Scheduling would be good in this term, as the point is not that clear. However, scheduling can fit properly here, or it can be forecasting too, which is my second option for this.
