KRA's for Software Testers at all levels starting from Fresher level to Lead - Tester level?

I am required to develop KRAs for Software Testers at all levels starting from the Fresher level to Lead Tester level. Can anyone please help me with guidelines or points related to the same?

You need to study the job description of a software tester in detail to prepare KRA for any position. You need to study the job description first. Based on that, you need to find the key competencies required to complete the task. List out the various qualities required to complete the task. This shows the required KRA and competency level to assess the performance.
