KRA's for Software Testers at all levels starting from Fresher level to Lead - Tester level?

Dear HR Friends, I am required to develop KRA's for Software Testers at all levels starting from Fresher level to Lead - Tester level.
Can anyone please help me with guidelines or points related to the same?

U need to study the job description of software tester in detail. To prepare KRA for any position, u need to study job description first. Based upon that, u need to find what are the key competency required to complete that task.
List out various qualities required to complete the task. That shows required KRA and competency level to assess the performance.

5) Categorize issues in bugs enhancement, UI Sync
6) Set priority to fix issues
