Choosing the Perfect Diwali Gift for Employees and Their Families – Any Suggestions?

We give Diwali gifts to our employees every year. This year also, we will be giving something, but I am confused about what it should be. Our tentative budget is Rs500 for each employee. Therefore, I request you to suggest something that an employee and their family can use. Cost is not an issue, and I can increase it a little bit.
