Job Change - Career Options

Hi,
I have done MBA in HR and working as a recuiter since last 3yrs and I am least interested now to go ahead with recuitment. Sometimes recruitment is very very depressing.
I am looking for a job change now but since I have exp in recruitment all I am getting opportunities into recuitment field.
Pls suggest me what other different career options in HR I can look for?
And even is there any options/opportunities I can have in Govt sector?

Well, I would suggest you to go for some short term specialization course or certification in other functions of HR as welll as also you can opt for SAP HR certification and then you should look for some different area to of HR to work
