Hi, I have done an MBA in HR and have been working as a recruiter for the past 3 years. However, I am now least interested in continuing with recruitment as I find it to be very depressing at times. I am currently seeking a job change, but due to my experience in recruitment, I am only receiving opportunities in the recruitment field. Could you please suggest alternative career options within HR that I could explore? Additionally, I am curious if there are any job opportunities in the government sector for someone with my background.

I would suggest you go for a short-term specialization course or certification in other functions of HR. Additionally, you can opt for SAP HR certification. After that, you should look for a different area of HR to work in.
