Dear All,
I would like to know which are the best job portals location-wise.
In the market, we have some very good job portals like Naukri.com, Timesjob.com, Monster.com, and Clickjobs.com, and I use only Naukri.com.
I basically search for people for sales/commercial - executives or managers, and I found that for metro cities, Naukri.com is good except in Chennai.
But for other 'B' class cities, I hardly get good resumes within our budget. For example, for Area Sales Managers, we offer something between 14K and 20K + variables; for Territory Sales Incharge - Rs. 10K to 12K + variables; for Sales Executives - Rs. 7.5 - 9K + variables; for Sales Representatives - Rs. 5 - 6.5K + variables; for commercial executives - fixed 8K to 12K.
We have one more condition to locate these salespeople only from relevant companies.
I find a tremendous problem in hunting candidates with conditions of a low package and relevant company (within the industry). Plus, consultants also do not show interest in hunting.
I usually search for candidates in Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, UP, Haryana, Bangalore, Mangalore, Hubli, Pune, Nagpur, Agra, and other cities and upcountry.
Can anyone shed some light to simplify the search and get the right candidate?
