Since HR professional are being associated now a days in the operations related affairs. They should have understanding of all jargons related to operations, finance, quality etc. so that they can compete with top positions in the corporate world.
I think some of us might be aware that Bharti Group's CEO Mr. Manoj Kohli has been an HR professional.
