Since HR professionals are being increasingly associated with operations-related affairs nowadays, they should have an understanding of all jargon related to operations, finance, quality, etc., so that they can compete for top positions in the corporate world.

Dear Sameer, An elaborate and effective PowerPoint presentation on 7QC Tools. A good effort. Could you please clarify what C2A2C is (slide No. 10)? In slide No. 31 - Cause and Effect Diagram - for problem categories, in addition to Machine, Equipment is also mentioned. Could you please explain what equipment you mean with a few examples?
