I am looking out for a draft agreement on Non Poaching, entered into between two companies, in the same line of business, like BPOs, Media, FMCG etc.
Can anyone provide me the same??

I was looking for something similar. I was looking for the law against poaching with reference to intellectual property theft. Have you got any information on this?
