Seeking Advice on Career Growth Paths for HR Professionals: What Are My Best Options?

vinodMBA
I am an MBA HR professional with 5 years' experience in recruitment (working as a Recruiter with an MN product company). I would like to take the help of other HR professionals in exploring all available options for growth and career progression opportunities that an HR professional can choose, whether in technical or functional roles.

Career Progression Options

Here are a few options I am considering:

- **SAP HR:** I am unsure about the best institute for certification. I need your suggestions.
- **Certification in HR:** I am uncertain about the source for certification. I need your suggestions.
- **Other Career Progression Opportunities:** I need your suggestions on other options.

Kindly provide your valuable inputs, which will certainly help me find the most suitable and challenging role in my next employment. Your help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Vinod

Your first option is a good one. The HR field is a vast area where you can learn more. For that, you have to start working in all the verticals of HR. I don't say that an MBA is enough, and you don't prefer any certificate course. However, an MBA will do more than enough; the only thing is you need to select your working platform. You might have gained enough experience in Recruitment, so change your vertical to Training and Development, OD, Employee Relations, IR, Payroll, etc. This way, you can explore more things and learn more.

Thank you so much for your valuable response. I am planning to explore more information on the first option. I would appreciate it if you could help me by providing some information on reputed SAP HR training institutes.
