I have around 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment and currently work with a reputed mid-level software firm. At this point, I want to shift/change from recruitment to more challenging roles as I don't see significant career growth in recruitment based on my knowledge and experience. I am a B.Tech graduate by qualification.

- Should I go for an MBA from reputed institutions?
- Should I opt for a Distance MBA?
- Should I shift from HR to another stream?
