Issue with Receiving Employment Credentials

Three months ago, I joined a new organization for better opportunities. In my previous manufacturing company, I adhered to the company's HR policy by serving a notice period of more than three months. However, I have not yet received any credentials such as a relieving letter, experience letter, or final settlement.

Yesterday, I spoke to the HR personnel, who informed me that I was terminated without prior intimation. I had sent my resignation letter twice via email, and I have copies of the emails as proof. Could you please explain the further steps I need to take to obtain all the required credentials?

Anyway, it looks like a small organization that wants to spoil employees' careers. Talk to top management directly about your issues by calling or emailing them.

I have tried multiple times via email and phone, but I haven't received any reply from their side. It seems to be a small organization with only about 30 employees working there. No one seems to understand my situation. Please help me with the further process to obtain my credential.
